Lindsay

Head Copywriter & UX/UI Designer

Lindsay brings a thoughtful blend of words and design to every project, leading our copywriting efforts while contributing to UX and UI design. With seven years of experience in the industry, she’s passionate about creating clear, engaging digital experiences that help small businesses grow and connect with their audience.

Her background in both writing and design allows her to shape websites that not only look great but communicate with purpose. Whether she’s crafting messaging or refining a user interface, Lindsay is dedicated to making every detail count.

Outside of work, she’s immersed in the world of holistic living, studying natural wellness, growing vegetables, and exploring the wonders of olive oil. A lifelong language learner, Lindsay speaks English and Italian, and always has a Romance language book nearby.

Razvan

Website Manager & Video Editor

Razvan is our go-to expert for all things behind the scenes, leading our website management while also handling photography, video editing, and ongoing site maintenance. With a sharp eye for detail and a creative mindset, he helps keep our clients’ websites running smoothly and visually polished.

His work blends technical reliability with creative flair, whether he’s fine-tuning a video or crafting visual assets that bring a brand to life. Razvan’s dedication ensures every site we manage stays functional, fresh, and fully supported.

Outside of work, he’s a film and video game enthusiast, with a deep appreciation for storytelling and visual design. He’s also a music lover and a devoted dog lover. Razvan speaks English and Romanian (his native language).

Alessandra

UX/UI Designer & Copywriter

Alessandra brings creativity and clarity to the digital space, working across our UX/UI team while also contributing to copywriting and translation. With a background in communications, she helps shape digital experiences that are both intuitive and beautifully written, making sure every word and interaction feels natural.

Her dual strength in language and design allows her to bridge the gap between visual storytelling and clear messaging. Alessandra plays a key role in ensuring that our websites communicate with elegance and ease, across both English and Italian.

Outside of work, she’s passionate about exploring far-off places, discovering great wines, and diving into language and literature. Her love for culture and communication is at the heart of everything she creates.

Rafael

Online Marketing Specialist

With a background in marketing and communications, Rafael brings a strategic mindset to our SEO and social media efforts. He specializes in helping brands grow their online presence through thoughtful, data-driven campaigns that connect with the right audiences.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Rafael plays a key role in bridging communication between diverse markets, ensuring our messaging resonates across cultural and linguistic boundaries. His work helps clients expand their reach and build lasting engagement.

UX/UI Designer & Online Marketing

With a passion for highlighting the best side of a brand, Ronja is dedicated to crafting digital experiences that are both intuitive and engaging. Her designs are guided by precision, clarity, and a deep understanding of user needs.

Outside the studio, Ronja enjoys traveling, cooking, and discovering new places and cultures. She speaks English, Spanish, and her native Swedish.

Veronica

UX/UI Designer & Copywriter

Veronica is a creative force on both our UX/UI and copywriting teams, bringing fresh energy and curiosity to everything she works on. Her interest in web design began back in high school, and in recent years, she’s turned that early passion into a focused, professional craft.

Whether she’s designing interfaces or crafting content, Veronica is driven by a desire to create meaningful, user-friendly experiences. She combines an eye for detail with a strong sense of narrative—helping brands come to life visually and verbally.

Outside of work, she’s all about adventure—exploring new places, traveling off the beaten path, and spending time with her favorite four-legged companions. Veronica is a native English speaker.
